  Hearing officer in peer review case involving summary suspension of vascular surgeon.
Lead counsel in scores of physician practice management, acquisition and integration transactions totaling about two million patient lives.
Lead counsel in merger of two integrated hospital systems and sales and merges of other hospitals. In one hospital sale, I found $2 million in additional legitimate Medicare reimbursement owed the selling hospital. The money enabled the parties to close a purchase price gap and consummate the sale.
